At Khumani we increased tonnage by 16 Mt per annum. Developed and Improved Asset Management Strategies.

As a Motorsport Official during the event she ensured that participants were complaint to governing regulations and safety measures. We assisted E6 with Developing and Implementing Operational Value Chains. We reviewed and documented the current Synthetic Diamond Manufacturing and Business Processes and implemented Kanban improvements. We assisted in developing and improving their Asset Management Strategies and ensured that Asset Management Guidelines were aligned.

We reviewed, mapped and re-engineered the Production Process of Aluminium Cast Products. We eliminated waste and reduced Production cycle time. Asset Maintenance Strategies were developed and implemented to resolve quality issues with regards to high pressure die casting.
